Cannoli shells are 5-7cm and contain gluten and dairy. As we use nuts for some of our flavours and toppings, we are unable to guarantee that they are 100% nut free.

Extra cannoli can be added to each package in increments of 50 for $150 per 50 pieces.

Bump out from 12am onwards or if we are unable to take the cart straight after service will incur a fee of $150 on top of the package price.

All ordered cannoli not piped by the end of the service period will be piped and left for you to keep.

The time we arrive depends on the time you wish the cannoli to be served. We usually aim to arrive 30 minutes before the serving time which allows us to be ready to serve when agreed. (ie: if the agreed serve time is 9pm, we will arrive at 8.30pm)

Should you wish us to set the cart up earlier, this is also an option and would mean that our staff would return 30 minutes prior to the agreed serve time. An earlier cart set up would incur a fee of $100

No we do not require power for any of our standard packages. However, for custom packages and events where we ar required for extended periods of time this will need to be discussed prior to the day.

Events outside of the Perth metro area will incur a travel fee dependent on location
